1. Service Overview
TweetManager (the "Service") is a Chrome extension that provides tweet deletion, unlike, and block list transfer features based on X (Twitter) data archives. By installing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Usage Requirements
- A valid X (Twitter) account is required to use the Service.
- You may only use the Service on your own account. Unauthorized use on another person's account is prohibited.
- You must download and use your own X data archive.
- Simulation mode is free. Actual deletion, unlike, and block features require a valid license.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Paid licenses are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
- Licenses are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and do not auto-renew.
- Each license key may be activated up to 5 times (including reinstalls and device changes). License keys are for personal use only and may not be shared with others.
- Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the license key has never been activated (entered in the extension).
- License keys that have been activated even once are not eligible for refund.
- To request a refund, email support@tweetmanager.app with your order number.
4. Disclaimer
- TweetManager is not an official X (Twitter) service.
- Deleted tweets, removed likes, and executed blocks cannot be recovered. Users must verify results using simulation mode before executing any action.
- TweetManager is not liable for task failures caused by changes to X's API policies, rate limits, or service outages.
- TweetManager is not liable for any restrictions or suspensions imposed on your X account as a result of using the Service.
5. Service Modifications & Discontinuation
TweetManager reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features without prior notice. The Service may be temporarily or permanently discontinued due to external factors such as changes to X's API. In such cases, refunds for unused license periods are not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in TweetManager's software, design, logo, and related assets belong to TweetManager. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
